My wife and I decided to stop by the Credit Union sale at the Salem Civic Center back in July, man we're glad that we did! Keith Kelso was our sales person. He was the most ploite, courteous, and knowledgeable person that we'd dealt with. We ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Maxima after he explained to us about the "Values for Life program.". We love it! Keith was on the ready, and very professional considering how hot it was outside! I've had bad experiences with other local dealerships in the past, but Mr. Kelso restored my peace of mind. When our daughter turns 18 in a few weeks we plan on going back to see Keith! -NW

Keith Kelso was excellent! I paid cash for my vehicle that I found on First Teams website. Mr Kelso provided the Carfax report, as well as went above and beyond the norm to make sure I was satisfied! I've recommended them to all of my friends and co-workers! I loved that I was able to purchase my vehicle worry free!

Keith,our salesperson was very courteous and friendly. Daniel,our finance and insurance rep went above and beyond his job. He had worked with Chevy products before and he took time to sit in car with me and go over options and controls that the Corvette has. He also offered to put me in touch with right contact when I was ready to refinance with the credit union. He was a real pleasure to work with.

My parents bought a car from prestige first team this past summer a 2010 with less then 10,000 miles on it for around $35,000. They said the experience was fine until they were told the vehicle only came with one key, when my father asked for the second key he was told by the manager that they didn't make any money on that car and he couldn't pay for it because he made no money??? My parents were so upset this man was rude and talked down to them and didn't seem to care they were elderly, my mother was in tears when they got home. As a Christmas gift the kids purchased them a second key that cost us on $125, seems like whole lot of money for a big dealership to not be able to afford. I've been sure to tell all my friends about the experience they received from this arrogant manager typical used car sales manager.

Salesman lie to me and his boss to make a sales. Tried to talk to the manager (Ben Tetum) about the probem with the car that I have purchased, he hung up on me. SO STAY AWAY FROM FIRST TEAM, ESPECIALLY PRESTIGE COLLECTION CARS. This is by far the worst dealership and management team I ever experience with.
